The Challenge
I attended the first annual San Diego Makers Faire and came across this chair at a booth. After speaking with the gentleman about the chair I decided to make one, that very day. On the way home I picked up some Baltic Birch and figured out how to make the cuts. Around 2:00 AM I had it done and sent an image to guy I got the file from.
The Solution
These chairs look uncomfortable but are the opposite. I’ve sat in them for hours and never had an issue with one. They snap together which means they require no hardware and can be broken down to be flat shipped. The single piece seat and back keeps the chair simple all while giving the chair a sophisticated look.
